7 jaw-dropping claims in new Epstein report accusing Trump of ‘brutal’ rape

1. A new rape allegation Beatrice Keul, a Swiss former pageant contestant, told committee staff that Trump “violently raped” her in a suite at New York’s Plaza Hotel during his November 1993 American Dream pageant. She says that earlier that day, Epstein approached her and introduced himself as “Don’s best friend.” Keul says Trump grabbed her from behind, tore her dress and left her bleeding and bruised. Afterward, she says, he repeated his offer to arrange a visa and admission to NYU and made her promise to keep quiet, saying, “The show must go on.” According to the report, she previously described the encounter as an attempted rape she talked Trump out of. The report doesn’t explain why her account changed, and it relies entirely on her interviews with staff.
2. The FBI case number According to FBI records cited in the report, an agent’s internal search for Trump and Epstein under “exploitation of minors” returned a specific case number tied to Epstein’s 2007 federal investigation. A whistleblower told Democrats that a number of documents linked to that case number have been withheld from Congress and the public.
3. “Trump specifically asked” In a 2009 email from Epstein’s lawyer, which remains redacted in DOJ’s release, the lawyer wrote that “Trump specifically asked” his own attorney to inform Epstein’s team about Trump’s interview with a lawyer for Epstein’s victims. Democrats say this raises “significant red flags that Donald Trump wanted to make sure Epstein was matching his false narrative.”
4. Blanche and Maxwell When then-Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche interviewed Ghislaine Maxwell in 2025, he steered her away “on at least three separate occasions” from discussing “Jane,” a survivor whose account in FBI files says Epstein introduced her to Trump at Mar-a-Lago when she was 14, saying, “This is a good one, huh.” At one point Blanche said, “Let’s not talk about individuals.” Democrats say this may amount to witness tampering and obstruction.
5. Maxwell “presented” a young model to Trump According to her FBI interview, a young model who later testified against Maxwell under the name “Kate” says Maxwell “presented” her to Trump at a New York party, the same way Maxwell “introduced [her] to Epstein.” A December 2020 email from a federal prosecutor, summarizing a call with Kate’s lawyer, says Maxwell “set [Kate] up on a date with” Trump. Citing other sources, including a 1997 tabloid report, Democrats say the three then flew together to Florida. Kate has not alleged misconduct by Trump.
6. “Never asked to leave” Trump and the White House have long said he kicked Epstein out of Mar-a-Lago, with the White House calling Epstein a “creep.” But according to the redacted 2009 document, Trump said then that Epstein “was never asked to leave,” and his Mar-a-Lago manager confirmed it. Blanche has suggested the document was redacted as “a privileged communication between counsel.”
7. The FBI file on Melania A redacted FBI interview summary with a former Epstein assistant states flatly: “Epstein introduced Melania Trump to Donald Trump.” That contradicts the long-told story that the couple met through modeling agent Paolo Zampolli. Zampolli’s longtime ex-partner has said the same thing, though Melania Trump has denied these accounts. Democrats are calling for an independent special counsel to investigate Trump, Epstein’s potential accomplices and co-conspirators, and what they call the Justice Department’s cover-up.

A growing body of evidence demonstrates that Donald Trump was an active participant in Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual abuse of young women during the mid-to-late 1990s.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) are doing everything they can to keep the American people in the dark about it.
From the very first weeks of the Trump Administration, DOJ shut down ongoing criminal investigations into Epstein’s enablers and co-conspirators, lied about clear evidence of crimes in its possession, and sought to silence survivors.
In July 2025, then-Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche and one of his senior deputies, Emil Bove—both former criminal defense lawyers for Donald Trump—released a memorandum stating that DOJ and FBI had determined that “no further disclosure” of the Epstein files would be “appropriate or warranted.”
Trump has claimed that the Epstein files “totally exonerate” him, but the evidence, as detailed in this Staff Report, could not be less exonerating.
The historical record shows that Trump was a close friend and confidant of Epstein. Trump flew on his jet with Epstein’s victims and made shared references to lusting after young women. The record shows that Epstein and Trump, working with other predators like Paolo Zampolli and John Casablancas, exploited the thin veneer of professionalism offered by the 1990s modeling industry to lure victims into their orbit.
The evidence, much of it still hiding behind redactions in DOJ vaults, shows that Trump lied about kicking Epstein out of his Mar-a-Lago club and strongly suggests that Epstein introduced Trump to his wife Melania.
The evidence demonstrates that Trump has lied about the nature and extent of his relationship with Epstein dozens of times—incriminating behavior for someone who supposedly has nothing to hide.
Above all, the actual evidence we have seen—as shared in the accounts and stories of 11 women, each described below—indicates that Trump abused, assaulted, and even raped numerous women alongside, and in coordination with, the most infamous sex trafficker in history. These stories are united by time, place, and the distinct factual similarities in how Trump and Epstein pursued, manipulated, and abused these women. With one exception, these accounts of sexual assault and conspiracy involve episodes that took place between 1992 and 1997 in New York City and Palm Beach, at a time when Trump and Epstein were “close friends” and participated in a shadowy subculture organized around young female modeling.
Witnesses speak consistently of modeling pageants and parties where young women and girls were forced into predatory situations and routinely taken advantage of, abused, and raped. They give similar accounts of the competitive and sinister relationship between Epstein and Trump and how it was channeled into their shared pursuit of young women.
Taken together, the evidence provided by the stories of these 11 women, and the documentary evidence that supports and corroborates their stories, indisputably meets and surpasses FBI’s standard for opening a full investigation: that “activity constituting a federal crime … may have occurred.”
